Auto Enrolment
At DonnellyBentley we have been following developments carefully and preparing to support our clients as they introduce Auto Enrolment. You may have already received a letter from The Pension Regulator explaining what you are required to do but if you don’t know your staging date we can check this for you, provided you let us have your PAYE reference.
We believe that appropriate software is an important element of ‘getting it right’ and we have researched the market thoroughly and trained our staff extensively as you would expect. One of the early compliance requirements is that you register with The Pension Regulator and DonnellyBentley has already created a Government Gateway Portal which enables us to complete this step for our clients on their behalf.
Registering with a Pension Provider
Another pivotal step in the process is the registering of a scheme with a suitable Pension Provider. Again, DonnellyBentley has been exploring the market and keeping abreast of current guidance to ensure we are at all times following best practices. Rather like registering with The Pension Regulator, DonnellyBentley has established a communication portal with an Appropriate Auto Enrolment Provider which allows us to submit details, on our client’s behalf, as part of the process of setting up their pension scheme.
Join our Auto Enrolment Service
On a monthly basis for clients who join our Auto Enrolment Service, DonnellyBentley will submit an electronic file to the Provider containing appropriate details which will allow that provider to manage pension contributions and employee communications on the client’s behalf.
